I stay in India and even my country is not eligible to earn why is Medium restricting earnings from few counties. There are so many good writers and they are not able to use the platform due to non monetization

I need help as to how to earn in other ways in Medium
ie how to. Promote brands or buying a coffee How to do that can someone guide me
